By checking the "OPT IN" box on the Secure Contact Form, and submitting the form you agree that you may receive SMS (text messages) from your therapist at Compass Therapy Services LLC regarding appointments for client care. Carrier and Data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. By checking “OPT OUT” you are denying to receive SMS (text messages) from your therapist. You may also reply STOP to opt-out; reply HELP or email at graham@compasstherapyservice.com for support.

Information Collection: We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our services. This may include name, email address, etc. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with any third parties. No mobile or messaging consent information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

 How We Use Your Information: The information collected is used solely for communicating with the intended party. We do not share your information with external parties for marketing or any other purposes. Providers at Compass Therapy Services may use and disclose your PHI to contact you regarding appointments. Providers may also use and disclose your PHI to tell you about treatment alternatives, or other health care services or benefits that they offer.
